These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Taelor Conway Photography regarding photography services. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.

1.2. If the Client fails to pay the full amount by the due date, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

2.1. If the Client needs to reschedule, they must notify the Photographer at least 1 days in advance.

2.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the Client cancels the session, the deposit is non-refundable.

2.3. In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund of any payments made.

3. Session Guidelines

3.1. Clients must arrive on time. Delays beyond [grace period, e.g., 15 minutes] may result in a shortened session or additional fees.

3.2. The Photographer reserves the right to terminate a session due to uncooperative behavior, safety concerns, or violations of these terms.

4. Image Delivery & Editing

4.1. The Photographer selects the best images for editing. Raw/unedited images are not provided.

4.3. Additional edits or retouching beyond standard enhancements may incur an extra fee.

5. Copyright & Usage

5.1. The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.

5.2. Clients receive a personal-use license and may print or share images for personal purposes.

5.3. Images cannot be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the Photographer.

6. Model Release & Promotion

6.1. By booking a session, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

6.2. If the Client wishes to keep images private, they must request this in writing before the session.

7. Liability & Indemnification

7.1. The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss occurring during the session.

7.2. The Photographer’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the session.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. If unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, illness, government restrictions) prevent the session from taking place, the Photographer will reschedule or issue a refund at their discretion.

9. Agreement

By booking a session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
